I have had good legal advice from both Floris Shoebridge and Liz Rose regarding financial settlement and conveyancing matters. Their service has been excellent and beyond the norm. This is why I give 5 stars. Being new to working with these types of legal matters, one area I would have liked a little more of at the start is a very clear step by step process to follow. These things are massively complicated to a lay person so the legalese is hard to navigate. I definitely recommend their service.

I cannot recommend Nicola Conley at Downs Solicitors highly enough. Throughout one of the most difficult times in my life, Nicola was absolutely fantastic. She not only fought tirelessly for me and my two daughters, but she genuinely cared about us and our situation. What made Nicola exceptional was her patience, compassion and determination. I used Liz Rose to sell a property in Maidenhead. I have never had such a smooth experience selling a property. She was so knowledgeable about everything I asked her about. She always kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing and nothing was too much trouble. It’s great to have such a personal touch. I would highly recommend her.

We had a really positive experience with Devi & Jo who helped us with our house purchase. I engaged Downs Solicitors to provide a conveyancing service for my mothers house. Bronwyn Olivier and Liz Rose provided a very good service and the transaction was completed very smoothly. I had a few problems getting all the documents sent by e mail however I was able to deliver them directly to the office where the reception team were very friendly and even made me a cup of tea whilst they processed the documents.
