We first got to know these Solicitors 5 years ago ,they came on our journey with us . Always had time for us no matter how small the question,they helped us through sad hard times nothing was to much trouble for them . They came every step of the way with us and fought hard and fair for us . James King is an excellent ,trustworthy kind Solicitor and Hannah was just above and beyond for us . Every step we went through was explained in language we understood . Infact without them our life could of ended so different but they fought hard for us ,to which we are truly grateful.

Dealing with court proceedings regarding children is incredibly grueling, but Dannielle Grinsted made the process manageable. Very friendly customer service, we just needed some basic documents signed, three other solicitor offices in the area said no, GoodLaw said yes straight away, they were very friendly and accommodating and their charge was very reasonable. Costumer care from Janek and Megan was amazing, very easy to talk and all the questions were answered and explained. The process was extremely quick and easy. They kept in touch at least 2-3 times a week, gave us updates, we didn't have to chase them at all. I had a bad experience before with another company the sale process took ages and we had to chance them for updates all the time. This won't happen with Good law solicitors they are extremely professional and go above and beyond. We will definitely use them again. After a month of unpacking we have finally settled into our new home, and now we can thank all the people who have made this move possible. My wife and I saw Rachel Jones on 3 June 2026 to update the wills she prepared for us 3 years ago. Rachel was very friendly and efficient such that she was able to update the wills from the information we had sent to her in advance and also incorporate additional changes during our visit, thus avoiding the need for a second visit.

Just completed on our first house! We honestly couldn’t recommend Janek and his team highly enough. He came recommended to us by Charlotte at Your Mortgage Room, and from the very start they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole process. Buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do, but Janek and his team made everything feel manageable and kept us sane through some quite stressful moments in the chain. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was explained clearly, and we always felt like things were in safe hands. Malvina provided exceptional, sound advice and guidance when I had to deal with an emotionally draining and technically demanding separation. The information she provided was always timely precise, unambiguous and it was presented in a friendly and compassionate manner. I always felt very comfortable and confident she was doing her best to help me even at times when I did not like the information or advice she was giving me. Really poor service. Enquired, full details were requested and given. Did not hear back. Followed up by telephone and was advised would be called back next day. No call received and so I called back and was advised 'we are at capacity'
