Nicola was extremely helpful to me whilst navigating difficult legal proceedings dealing with child arrangements. Having never thought I would be in a position to need a solicitor I found myself with no option and no idea what to ‘look for’ so I went with my heart and gut and a person who seemed very trustworthy and professional - well that was the right decision and Nicola has been incredible. It’s been a long and windy journey and without Nicola goodness knows what would have happened - she not only was amazing professionally but also believed in me when I didn’t. Liz Rose was excellent from start to finish. She always replied to emails the same or next day and would phone back asap if no answer (but normally there always was). She was very clear with her information and always happy to explain when we had questions. Would (and have already) recommend to anyone in need of a solicitor! We would definitely ask for Liz at Downs next time we need a solicitor.

Terina and the team have been an absolute godsend when it came to handling the difficult and often emotional process of dealing with divorce. I have had the pleasure of working with Bill for the past year throughout my first home purchase. Bill Rashbrook and Natasja Knudsen were excellent throughout the sale of our house. Bill, lead solicitor, was quick to respond, calm and confident in his advice, and always solutions-focussed.
