    The work on my mother’s estate involved immense cost (over £16,000) and long, needless delays. They often took over a week to rrespond to simple email requests.

      Having used Hart Brown almost 25 years ago when we first drew up our wills, we came back to make some adjustments as the service had previously been faultless. The same could not be said this time. No acknowledgement of an email of ours replying to Hart Brown to arrange our appointment in over 2 weeks is not what we had anticipated, but we cant really take the chance to wait any longer given that its a will! Maybe a one off, who knows, but our loyalty was clearly misplaced.
