Slow and slapdash service
After my father's death, Hart Brown Cranleigh acted as executor on behalf of my elderly mother. The will could not have been simpler as she was the sole beneficiary, all accounts and property were in joint names and there were no debts. It took almost two months before a single action was taken by anyone at Hart Brown, banks and insurance companies were not contacted in a timely manner. Emails and calls were not replied to, out of office auto-emails were incorrect, family and client were not kept informed of progress. Client service charter was not adhered to, documents contained factual inaccuracies and final bill was incorrect. I would never use this law firm again.
