We where recommend Levi solicitors to deal with purchasing our first home. We had team Ayub and I can't thank them enough for everything they did, especially Abigail she always answered my calls and emails kindly and politely and helped me understand the entire process if it wasn't for her my head would have exploded. Thank you again.

I feel it only right to take the time to write a review, because Nicola at Paris Smith Solicitors has been nothing short of exceptional. I recently found myself navigating five simultaneous mortgage applications, all of which needed to complete on the same day. The complexity and pressure involved could easily have become overwhelming for both of us, but Nicola's professionalism, expertise, and unwavering commitment ensured that everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. What truly sets Nicola apart is her communication. Throughout the entire process, she was consistently available by email—which, given my profession and working hours, is not always my preferred method of contact—but even more impressively, she was readily available by telephone whenever needed. Most remarkably, she remained accessible whilst on annual leave to ensure completion happened regardless of her own circumstances. That level of dedication is simply exceptional. Her commitment speaks volumes about her professionalism, but more importantly, about her character. Nicola genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to support them when it matters most. If I am completely honest, my previous experiences with solicitors have often left me feeling that they can be uncommunicative and somewhat aloof. Nicola is the exact opposite. She is approachable, responsive, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. At every stage, I felt informed, supported, and confident that my best interests were being looked after. As a result of this experience, there will not be a single legal matter in the future for which I will not seek Nicola's assistance. I have found that elusive and invaluable thing: a professional whom I trust implicitly and who I know will always act with integrity, diligence, and genuine care on my behalf. Nicola is a tremendous asset to Paris Smith, and every client fortunate enough to work with her should consider themselves in very safe hands. Thank you, Nicola. Your efforts were genuinely appreciated and will not be forgotten.

The process of buying our first home was stress free and speedy thanks to the help of Stephanie and Nigel at Amplett Lissimore. They were extremely helpful and informative with all the questions we had and they were always there to answer our questions and update us with progress. They ensure our exchange and completion went through extremely quickly. They quoted their services and other costs that we'd have to cover upfront and there were no hidden costs at the end. We would definitely recommend their services.

Louise and Lucinda were very helpful and efficient in helping us remortgage and pay our help to buy loan. They kept us in the loop through the entire process and it was seamless. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Using Brachers as our solicitors for the purchase of our first home was the best decision we made. We were aided by the conveyancing executive Tim Lancaster, who took all the stress out of the process and went above and beyond for us. He was thorough, professional and efficient, and kept us updated regularly with the progress of the transaction. He ensured our purchase went ahead successfully when time constraints were introduced by sellers further up the chain, and worked tirelessly to ensure we still received an exceptional service. We will be sure to use Brachers again in the future, and would definitely recommend Tim to anyone buying or selling their home.

Pauline Evans and Melissa Arslan helped us buy a property in a speedy and comprehensive manner and we managed to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday. We were very happy with the level of responsiveness, if anything they were pushing us for speed. Highly recommended team of lawyers for property purchase.
