    “I recently had an issue with getting payment from a property developer I had done some consulting work for. I had commenced legal proceedings and the other party was disputing my claim. This could have escalated into very expensive litigation procedures I contacted David Burns and he was able to advise a way forward where I was able to settle out of court and avoid unneccessary costs . This was dealt with at very short notice and I was abroad at the time which made communication difficult , but they were still able to work around my schedule and resolve things”
