Kate and Anna from RFB did an outstanding job. The stamp duty holiday was about to end, but they managed to wrangle everything into place so we made it on the last day, saving us £4000. They also noticed irregularities in some of the contracts we were being asked to sign and fought for them to be changed in our favour.
