“If you are looking for legal representation for yourself or possibly a son or daughter, especially if its a delicate matter, then simply, look no further, we were left in a very unfortunate position where for some unknown reason, at the last minute the legal firm we had, decided to stop representing my son, Ashtons Legal stepped in, and all i can say is they were unbelievable in every way, we were 100 percent confident that they were really fighting our sons corner, yes they were exceptionally professional but more than that, they really showed compassion and understanding for what we were going through and yes the result they achieved in court was far better than we ever expected. It is so difficult picking the right legal representation, our worry was always have we picked the right one, simple answer yes we did we chose Ashtons. ”

“That devastating moment arrived when my family needed legal representation. We had no idea where to go or who to turn to. We started researching and making a few calls. We are so pleased that this led us to Richard Nelson Solicitors. From the very first telephone conversation with Jacqui Callan the decision was made. Her empathy, Knowledge, calmness and support was evident from the outset. Jacqui, Shannon Keenan (legal assistant) and Mr Phil Gibbs (our Barrister) maintained regular contact with us in the following months, proactively ensuring we were all fully aware of what was happening. Always available despite heavy workloads, always reassuring, always professional. During the court proceedings (the worst 10 days of our lives) Phil, Jacqui & Shannon were ever-present marinating a calm, competent and personable approach. They all took time to explain every element of the proceedings in an honest and methodical manner ensuring that despite our obvious stress we understood everything. Their approach assisted us with the emotions of the situation. Mr Gibbs impressively articulated our case signifying his knowledge of the facts, his cross-examination was firm but fair, demonstrating again his empathy and understanding of the situation for both parties involved. Truth and justice prevailed when the verdict was announced and we were successful. The whole team lived, ate and slept our case with us. I cannot explain in words how grateful we are to them all. We owe them everything. If you are reading this, as I did other reviews because you are lost and do not know where to turn for legal advice, I would without hesitation recommend this firm.”

“I have never used a solicitor before and I was very wary of who I should use and if it would cost me a fortune. I have to say I was more than impressed from the service that I received from Rachel. It was a very sensitive issue and she showed empathy and support throughout keeping me fully informed every step of the journey. She showed no judgement and made me feel at ease throughout. Every time I contacted her it was never too much trouble to speak to me and show empathy. The cost was more than value for money especially when other solicitors were charging ridiculous prices for a service. I would 100% recommend Rachel and SlaterHeelis. You not only achieved a positive outcome but also gave me my life back. Thank you”

“Upright Morris Ltd supported me just before my court hearing and gave me great advice when I really needed it. They represented me when I felt like I had no one else in my corner. A genuinely great guy who I would highly recommend.”

“I work within an inpatient mental health service and regularly support vulnerable individuals who face criminal proceedings during periods of illness. Harry’s expertise and dedication have led to excellent outcomes for my patients, including cases where proceedings were discontinued. He consistently demonstrates professionalism, patience, and compassion, taking the time to explain matters clearly and ensuring that clients feel supported throughout the process. His responsiveness and commitment have made a significant difference for those who might otherwise struggle to access fair representation. I would not hesitate to recommend Harry and GT Stewart for anyone seeking skilled and empathetic legal support.”
