We recently used Thomas Flavell and Sons for our house move. Our assigned solicitor was Sarah Workman but had contact with lots of others in the company too. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive and although our move took longer than we would have liked this was as a result of factors beyond our control and that of our solicitors. Sarah and the team were prompt to reply to queries and chased for answers where they could in an effort to get us moving quicker. In the end, things seemed to all happen all of a sudden and once again Sarah and her team went above what we would have expected to ensure everything was done on time and all of the paperwork was accurate and correct. We cannot recommend Thomas Flavell and Sons highly enough. We are very satisfied customers.

Ronald fletcher baker is an amazing firm, My solicitor was Ardra pillai, I am very happy with the service provided by my solicitor from start to finish in my legal remedies case. She supported me throughout the entire process and made my life much easier by handling everything efficiently and professionally. Her dedication and guidance were invaluable, She was always there to assist me, making a challenging process much more manageable. I highly recommend Ardra for anyone seeking strong legal representation. Thank you once again Ardra Pillai.

So many things to praise, in the way our somewhat difficult case was handled. Difficult because of extreme and unreasonable delays from our landlord. And then a specific dispute about a particular clause, which could potentially have necessitated resorting to tribunal. This was handled by Martin Tolhurst Partnership with sufficient sensitivity and firmness to ensure an excellent outcome in the end. The process took in excess of 12 months when normally it might have been expected to take 3 maximum. All that time we never felt put on the backburner, thanks to regular updates and emails.

Excellent service as always from Clare Brattan at Blacks. This is the second time she's helped us with a house purchase in two different parts of the country - she's proactive, thorough and always responses very quickly to questions.

Sarah Dureau assisted us with a recent litigation issue. Sarah was absolutely superb from start to finish, she guided us the entire way and really gave us the confidence to make some tough decisions. She kept us calm and was hugely professional throughout. We would recommend Sarah to anyone, she was factual and always on hand to answer any queries we had.

I would also like to add the Emily Thurgood continued this excellent service and was very polite and efficient with the final admin and transfers of money etc. Excellent team all round!
