After the start of a claim with a different solicitor who didn't do much for me , Paul took the reins and has been brilliant from start to finish , always honest and open and got the outcome we was looking for , kept me informed every step of the way . Many thanks

Lorraine provided quick and thorough advice on a potentially complicated property matter. She explained everything very clearly and enabled me to feel confident in my options and decision.

Ellie provided a friendly, professional and efficient service in trying circumstances. No issues with her service at all.

Natalie and her colleagues were professional, efficient and timely. We were always waiting for the buyers solicitor to respond.

Having waited until we were 'sold' to reliable buyers to decide where we were going to downsize to, we needed to find a solicitor who was prepared to take on the conveyance of a new build leasehold purchase. A lot will not touch that sort of transaction we found - including the solicitor acting on our sale. Add to that the dubious reputation of the developer we were buying from, and the rush to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended, we did not think we would find the right person Lorraine at BWK was recommended to us and after an initial and long chat over the phone we knew we were in good hands. We had been forced to agree to a date for exchange of contracts that seemed impossible to meet and we got there by Lorraine's hard work (e mails sometimes timed at 0730 and 2200...) and professional guidance. The only problem with appointing a busy solicitor is that sometimes you do not get a response to questions as quickly as you would like but you have to accept that. Quite simply, we would not be here if we had not appointed Lorraine at BWK.

I recently worked with Magara Law and couldn’t be more satisfied. The team went above and beyond, thoroughly reviewing my 300-page case without any complaints. I was only charged for the actual work we did together, with no extra fees for their extensive preparation outside our meetings. Their professionalism, dedication, and exceptional client service ensured a favorable outcome. Highly recommended!

I used Claire for the sale of my flat which is share of freehold and the purchase of my new house. My flat is share of freehold and Claire was excellent at communicating with the co-freeholders who are slow to respond and required a proactive approach to get the sale through. I have since recommended Claire to my Mum who also sold and purchased and we both couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Henna Lynch who provided an extremely professional and efficient service during the whole process. She was also very empathetic whilst dealing with my elderly mother who has the onset of dementia.
