“I instructed Fehmina Farani in 2017 for my application on the basis of Human Rights and 7 years of my child. My case was quite complicated. She made the application first and then she litigated in the court for me. Despite of completed she won my case in short period of time. I am now granted discretionary leave. she was always available but also she was there for reassurance. I have to consent that I was quite worried that’s why I was demanding too. “I live in London but was recommended M&K Immigration solicitors in Luton by family friends. My first contact with the solicitors was in person for a free 30 minute consultation. Other solicitors I had previously contacted wanted from £250 upwards for a consultation. In circumstances where you require urgent advice and are limited on costs it is invaluable to be given a free consultation. I instructed M&K solicitors to represent a family member in an Immigration Detention Centre who had been served with a Removal Direction on 16th October. Within 4 working days (21st October) Anisha (solicitor) had the removal direction cancelled. In addition following a successful bail hearing the relation was released from the Immigration Detention Centre within two weeks from when the solicitors had been instructed. Following the solicitors advice a human rights application was submitted which will also mean the relation can regulate their status in the UK. As a family we are very grateful for Ashrat (firm partner) and Anisha's (solicitor) swift response to a time sensitive matter.
