Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Downs Solicitors (particularly Bill & Claire). The entire process of the transfer of equity was incredibly smooth, prompt, and well managed. They communicated incredibly well and kept me in the loop at all times. The efficiency and clarity was particularly welcomed during such a stressful period of time, it was really reassuring to know I had such fantastic support throughout.

Katrina acted for us as attorney of a trust on a sale and purchase, including liaising with multiple trustees. There were issues further up the chain because of a restriction on a Land Registry title register which she was instrumental in resolving. Throughout the process she was actively engaged in moving things forward, responsive to others in the chain and kept us fully updated as needed. Exemplary service.

Excellent and professional service. My house move wasn’t the easiest (issues with titles and deeds) and I was also keen to move quickly. Luke and the team were great, patient with my constant mithering and diligent to the very end. Thanks for your help with everything
