Bakshi and her team guided us through a very complicated sale particularly concerning a land issue. Whatever hurdles came up (and there were plenty), Bakshi over and again went the extra mile to find solutions. This in addition to all the other issues around the sale and purchase of the properties. We all particularly looked forward to visiting the office, seeing Bakshi in person. She made us feel welcome and important clients, and was very very patient with us. Other appointments were with members of her team who also could not have been kinder or more efficient. Like many householders in Sheffield our house was leasehold. The ground rent was derisory, only £2 per annum, but we decided that it would make future sales simpler if we bought the freehold. The freeholds were in a group of 12 and the freeholders were happy to sell them all at once. Andrew gave us a reduced price, since he was processing all 12 properties. In fact we saved more than I was expecting for stamp duty which as it turned out I needed later for some additional refurbishment works. It wasn't exactly a straightforward transaction as we were creating leases for properties with a refinance. He saved me some money on the legal title drawings as well with some advice. I can't really recommend Hassan enough, I doubt I'll look elsewhere for legal representation. A good solicitor is hard to find.
