First time dealing with a solicitors extremely helpful gave me some very sound advice. Gave me options of choosing other avenues but were very helpful understanding made my decision to use them very easy. Great experience would use again if ever needed.

I recently visited Alsters Kelly to enquire about the drafting of a will as well as other legal matters when canvassing several local solicitors for some quick quotations. After having visited these firms, I opted to instruct Alsters Kelly to draft said will and must say that the service I received was absolutely first-class throughout. The initial welcome from the reception staff was warm, as was Elleanor's follow-up phone call and her subsequent interaction with me. My requirements and any concerns I had were patiently listened to, fees were transparent and fully explained before I proceeded with the transaction, and a draft will was delivered so quickly that I think it had been posted through my letterbox long before I expected it and had even noticed it was there! All in all, such a satisfactory process from start to finish that I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Elleanor, Kathryn, and everybody else who dealt with me at Alsters Kelly.

Applying for LPA reassured me that I was gaining some control over my affairs as I approached later years. Elleanor Train from Alsters Kelley was approachable knowledgeable and thorough. I was informed at every step of the process which gave me confidence that I had done the right thing. I felt I could ask questions and raise issues of concern and she addressed these with a professional interest but also with a human warmth. Her guidance throughout made this a much easier process than I had thought it could be.

This was a quick and straightforward process. I had an online meeting first which was positive and professional. A follow up letter was then sent with an overview of our discussion together with an accurate draft of the new will. A mutually agreed date was then made to sign, the whole process was efficient and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Alsters Kelley.

Despite some initial delays due to a change in solicitor, Corrine was very approachable, clear, and thorough once she took over the matter. She took the time to explain everything carefully, particularly around trusts and provisions for a blended family and other complicated matters. All the documents reflected our wishes accurately. We recently moved house and used Alsters Kelley for conveyancing. Our solicitor Fern Colwill was excellent. She worked really hard to push things through up and down the chain. We were confident with her advice regarding various issues that cropped up including historic ground rent, estate management and covenants. She is also lovely and very empathetic when things were being slow or during various setbacks. We would use them again for future legal requirements.

I was given the unenviable job of sorting my dear sister's estate and probate out at a very emotional time .
