We could not recommend Victoria highly enough. We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of needing to appoint a new solicitor just before we were due to exchange, as our previous firm had gone into administration. Victoria took on our file at short notice and worked tirelessly to bring everything up to speed, enabling us to get back on track and proceed to exchange and completion. Communication throughout was excellent — we were kept fully informed of progress at every stage, and Victoria was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. We had been in a very stressful situation previously, but Victoria made us feel relaxed, reassured, and confident that everything was in safe hands. She is friendly, approachable, and highly professional. Thank you to Victoria and her team for the amazing service you provided — we truly can’t thank you enough.

Mu husband and I recently instructed Paula on both the sale of our property and the purchase of another and she was a real pleasure to deal with - knowledgeable, super efficient and always approachable. The purchase was not straight forward for a number of reasons and Paula helped us to navigate it with the upmost of professionalism and care, making the whole thing a lot less stressful than it could have been!

Paula, ably supported by Megan, provided top level support and guidance throughout process. She was (directly) approachable, thorough, reliable and kept us fully informed. This was definitely not a generic service and fully tailored to our needs. Our estate agent was particularly complimentary about Paula going over and above to help unstick a challenging part of the chain. 100% recommended and would definitely engage her again (although hopefully not for a few years!)
I was clueless when buying my first home and Paula was everything I could have asked for! She was so helpful and kind and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole process was so quick and I always felt like I was in good hands and didn't have to worry. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a solicitor and if I need any help in the future I will go straight to her.

We had an excellent experience with Lucy and Abby and were glad our friends recommended them. They are highly responsive (we always got fast responses) and very clear in their communications.
