I had recently been made redundant and had a dispute with the company over some of the financials, contradicting their own policies. I spoke to Jess on the phone who was knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. I sent over all details of the case, including the company policies. Jess read through it all and provided me with a summary of her thoughts. Luckily, my company managed to find its heart and we settled things internally. I wanted to say a big thank you to Jess, for the work she did leading up to its conclusion. It gave me the confidence and reassurance that I needed in what is an extremely unprecedented situation for anyone. Jamie absolutely delivered on all fronts and it was a privilege to get to work with him for our spouse visa. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
