Lauren Axon our conveyancer was extremely professional and personable throughout the lengthy process. Always available by phone , and email with prompt replies, - which proved important for us as it was a complex process given leasehold properties . Importantly also Lauren seemed to be able to access senior and specialist support and expertise from her colleagues in Blacks whenever required. She was extremely well assisted throughout by her assistant conveyancer Ellie Booth - who equally was always available to us by phone and email to answer questions or relay information if at any time Lauren was away or engaged. With the complexities of legislation and compliance these days we were grateful for the advice, guidance , and prompt and friendly communication throughout the whole process. Would not hesitate to recommend Lauren and her Team at Blacks.

Very pleased with the speed that this remortgage was carried out. A special thanks to Lauren who responded straight away to any queries and was always available whenever i rang.

From start to finish, Lauren and David made the entire process of purchasing my property smooth and completely stress‑free. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt comfortable approaching either of them with any questions. I couldn’t recommend Black’s Solicitors highly enough.
I requested information on submitting large amounts of commercial mortgage cases through their conveyancing system asked to register was then blanked no response nothing to chasers. Gave up and went elsewhere. It's funny as had a bad experience previously where a client instructed directly and thought let's proceed and presume it was a one off clearly not.
