Couldn't be happier with the service I received. I had an auction, HMO purchase on a BTL Mortgage within a LTD company on a strict timeline. I got assigned Rebecca and Francesca and they were very helpful answering my questions and 1 of them was always available to help me throughout the purchase. Very pleased and will use again. Much more affordable than all other companies I received quotes from as well.
I would highly recommend Paul Firth at Blacks Solicitors. Paul helped me throughout the purchase of my houses and was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and always kept me informed throughout the process. Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but Paul made everything feel straightforward and was always there to answer any questions and deal with any issues promptly. I really appreciated his hard work, attention to detail and the way he kept everything moving along. His service was outstanding, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to handle my house purchase. A huge thank you to Paul for all his help and support. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Paul and Blacks Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solicitor.

Exceptional service provided. Worked with Paul on the purchase of this property and this is the best Solicitors i have worked with so far. Pricing was also very reasonable.

Fantastic service from Aarifah at Black’s throughout our house sale. Communication was exceptional — there was never a call or email that went unanswered, and even when things became difficult, Aarifah remained calm, responsive and completely focused on getting the sale over the line. We felt genuinely supported throughout and couldn’t have asked for better service. If we ever need legal support again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Black’s. Customers for life!
I would highly recommend Blacks Solicitors. They were very professional, the mortgage process was easy, communication was excellent and Samantha brilliant.
Bianca @ Blacks helped with my residential purchase. Thank you for all your help.
I’ve used Blacks Solicitors for several buy-to-let completions and have received excellent service throughout. A special thank you to Aldene , whose clear communication, responsiveness and professionalism have made each purchase a smooth and positive experience. She has kept me informed at every stage and has always been helpful and approachable. Having worked with other solicitors previously, I’ve particularly appreciated the service from Aldene and the wider team at Blacks. I would happily use them again and highly recommend them to anyone buying a property, especially fellow landlords.
Just finished buying my first home with Blacks. It was a long wait, but definitely all worth it in the end. Bianca Newton was assigned to our case and was brilliant throughout the whole process. She kept us regularly updated and was always helpful and approachable whenever we had questions. As FTB we were a bit anxious whenever something got stuck or there were delays. Bianca was always patient, explained what was happening and helped us understand what was causing the delays. We really appreciate all her support and guidance throughout the process and would highly recommend Bianca and Blacks to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.

We couldn't be happier with Sam and Lauren at Blacks. The smoothest, most timely, prompt and professional service we have experienced with a solicitors. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend Blacks Solicitors. They were very professional, the mortgage process was easy, communication was excellent and Samantha brilliant.
Had an excellent experience with Josie Knight handling the financial order for my divorce - the advice was thoughtful and practical, and she was very responsive and ensured things progressed around annual leave and other delays outside of our control. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for what could otherwise have been a much more stressful time!
