Would highly recommend not touching this firm of solicitors with a barge pole. They are slow, often taking weeks to respond to a simple question. They deny receiving emails and then commit to doing things that they don't. Above all else, they have an arrogance that they believe puts them above anyone else, especially their clients. They have no comprehension of customer service, nor of even the customer! Steer clear is our advice.
