    Landlord/Tenancy issues

    Troubles with 'end of tenancy' tenants. Yes, it did cost more in 'agreement' monies etc that I hadn't planned for, but their advice saved a lot of stress into not entering into a protracted court case. Carrot. Not stick. Battling the small paperwork stuffs, the Vale of Glamorgan Council policies and Rent Smart Wales dictats has saved me no end of grief. Thank you.

    Superb from start to finish

    Louise was amazing from start to finish, always calm and concise with her requests and detailed in her explanations.       Excellent experience using Louise Taylor of Parker Bullen and her assistant Lucinda Grimes to pay off our Help to Buy Equity Loan in full. Both Louise and Lucinda were very responsive and helpful, and really helped push Homes England (Help to Buy) for this transaction to happen as fast as possible.
