    Settlement Agreement - March 2026

    I'm very grateful to Sarah Dureau and Niki Coombes for their help and advice through an employment issue at a difficult and stressful time. Sarah's advice helped support decision making and guided me through the process. She provided helpful and objective advocacy to protect my interests in the longer term, even though I was perhaps not in the place to do so at the time.       Landlord/Tenancy issues

      Troubles with 'end of tenancy' tenants. Yes, it did cost more in 'agreement' monies etc that I hadn't planned for, but their advice saved a lot of stress into not entering into a protracted court case. Carrot. Not stick. Battling the small paperwork stuffs, the Vale of Glamorgan Council policies and Rent Smart Wales dictats has saved me no end of grief. Thank you.

      Superb from start to finish

      Louise was amazing from start to finish, always calm and concise with her requests and detailed in her explanations. She kept me updated and listened when I had a concern, she explained what she was going to do and kept me informed on progress. Supported by Lucinda they both made sure the sale and purchase went as smoothly as they can in the rather convoluted world of conveyancing.
