Following a bicycle accident that I had last year I came across Hine Solicitors as they had offices operating close to my location. I decided to give Hine Solicitors a call and Mrs. Amy Stroud reach out back to me, more than willing to hear about my accident and even offered to meet with me in-person for no cost so we can discuss further. During our initial meeting she explained to me how she could assist me with my case and I was confident that she had the experience to do so as she was aware of what needed to be done. All throughout the legal case, Mrs. Amy kept me updated and informed and at the end managed to settle for the maximum possible claim against the defendant which I was satisfied about. I do not have any complaints against Mrs. Amy, she was really helpful in my case and I'm happy about my decision to work with her. I totally recommend her practices. Thank you once again Mrs Amy!

Absolutely useless!! Can’t even get a call back as I’ve asked for! , 2days I’ve been waiting and 3 calls I’ve done!!! Receptionists are just way nosey. And want to know your business that you should be talking to a professional solicitor that is qualified to help.! AND DUE TO THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION I HAD MY DOOR CUT OF WITH A CHAIN SAW AND WAS TASERED !!! No thanks to John berry.! They just try to wind people up. Obviously not interested in helping people. Fuming. Plus crown court asked to to call a solicitor and they no! I could go on all day about problems that are needed to be solved in court.!!!!

Hi Luke Jameson was my sons solicitor at magistrates Court and was very professional, he has a strong sense of injustice and soon ripped through the lies and tore the uncredible claims to bits, to give the right result of not guilty ! I would want him fighting my corner !

When I contacted Hines solicitors for representation my case was handled by Luke Jameson. He was very supportive throughout the duration of my case. He was very sympathetic with what I was going through and how it was effecting my family. He went through the details thoroughly and acted very professionally. His advice was very much to the point from day one and he kept me going with a positive attitude. I cannot thank him enough for the service he provide resulting in a positive outcome. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst legal service I have ever experienced. In my personal experience, Hine Solicitors Swindon are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. This is the worst legal service I have ever dealt with. In my opinion, they focus only on taking as much money as possible while doing nothing meaningful for their client. I felt constantly pressured to pay more money, without any real work being done on my case. They left me alone in court simply because I refused to give them more money and refused to sign another ridiculous contract that seemed designed only to extract even more fees. It felt like their priority was keeping me in custody longer so they could continue charging, rather than helping me. While I was in prison, communication was terrible. They repeatedly asked me for my phone number, even though they knew I was detained and I had to explain this again and again. This level of disorganisation and lack of basic awareness is unacceptable for any law firm. I have evidence of everything I am saying: lack of communication, broken promises, and no real action taken on my behalf. This is not just frustration — it is based on documented facts. The service was poorly done, unprofessional, and showed a serious lack of legal preparation. I have never experienced something this bad. Honestly, you would be better off representing yourself than going to this firm. I strongly advise anyone to stay away. I do not recommend Hine Solicitors Swindon to anyone. Regards, Mr Dau

I want to thank Hine Solicitors and in particular both Simeon and Luke for their flawless work in proving my innocence in my legal matter. Simeon's ground work in building the foundations for my defence and Luke in his outstanding execution in cross examination of the prosecution proved beyond doubt that the fault actually lay with the prosecution and as a result, there wasn't even need for me to stand and give evidence. It was quite simply the most incredible and stress relieving moment both my partner and I have ever experienced as it was basically an entire years worth of worry and anxiety we had endured due to whom the prosecution was. We were sure that there would be an unfair bias in their favour and as was the opinion of my motor insurance legal department. So not only had they managed to win the case so clearly, but had also explained to my insurance legal cover the prospects of winning the case and their strategy which therefore meant that ultimately my motor insurance legal cover actually kicked in and covered the court fees etc. Damned fine job Sirs!
