My wife and I reviewed our wills which were very outdated. Met with Florence who took us through all the options we have, very informative, understanding and personable. Would highly recommend so much so all my siblings are doing their wills with Florence

Will writing
What a lovely lady Florence is! Took the time to go through everything with me and explained the reasons behind the additional items that I might like to include. Unfortunately I had a change of circumstances and had to put it all on hold for a year. Again when I eventually got around to getting this sorted Florence went through everything thoroughly for a second time. I am so happy with the service. Only wish I had used yourselves for my ongoing divorce!

Did everything I expected
My title may seem to be damning with faint praise, but conveyancing for a freehold property is not difficult. However, they were responsive, kept us updated and proactively helped with the minor issues that occur in a house sale. All obvious, but very different from our experience on a similar transaction with another large Lincolnshire law firm we used earlier in the year. We chose Sills and Betteridge after a very favourable meeting on a separate matter with Florence at their Sleaford office where she couldn't have been more helpful even though she wasn't acting for us. That good impression of the firm persisted through the conveyancing and we are now using them on another transaction. Would recommend.

Great service!
We had our wills drawn up with Florence, she has been nothing but helpful in the process and has accommodated our requests (last thing on a Friday!). Florence has been knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. We would definitely go back.
