Florence Gardner

We recently used Florence Gardner of Sills & Betteridge in Sleaford to prepare our wills. We received excellent service throughout. Florence is lovely; easy to talk to, knowledgeable and patient. She explained everything clearly and in as much detail as I required. I also like the fact she's very responsive and everything was done over email. We even had a 3-way lunch-time Teams call early in the process. Most solicitors I'ved used in the past insist on sending everything by post, take at least a week (usually longer) to respond to an email and look horrified if you suggest video calling. Not the cheapest but that's fine; in this case we felt we got great value for money. It also gives us peace of mind to know that when the time comes for our executors to need help and guidance, they'll have Florence in their corner. Florence is in a class of her own. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

She made my husband and I a cup of coffee to drink while we waited for her to amend the will and print it off for signing. She was extremely empathetic and interested in the subject matter.
