Had a really pleasant first experience with Sills&Betteridge. Always a quick response to any queries - may of needing prompting every now and then but nothing major and once had what they needed, everything happened really fast. Positive experience all in all.

The team at Sills & Betteridge were fantastic start to finish.
It was our first time purchasing a property and Talisa and Rachael made sure none of our queries ever seemed too small or insignificant.
They were very thorough and picked up things that I’m sure others would have simply brushed off and ensured we were always given the full details needed to make important decisions.

Talisa and Rachael handled the purchase of our first property. After having gone through the process with 2 other solicitors (unsuccessfully), the team at Sills & Betteridge were a refreshing change. They were super efficient and responded to emails the same day or the next day. They always provided updates without us having to chase them. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a good solicitor that can help you complete on a house purchase quickly.
