Best Solicitors ever looking after my house purchase!
It's been 25 years since I last purchased a new house so was very anxious and stressed but using Sills & Betteridge made the whole process so much easier. Any issues and worries I had were dealt with extreme efficiency and kindness as I didn't always understand everything. Talisa, Rachael and Sanjeve were wonderful, always replying to my emails very quickly and was able to always discuss anything over the telephone directly with them......I know this doesn't always happen with other Solicitors.
They are a great team and you know you are in safe hands. Thank you so much !

Great solicitors.
Buying my house through Sills & Betteridge was such an easy and pleasant experience. This being the first house I’d ever purchased they explained every step in a manner that was easy to understand, it left me truly puzzled why anyone would say buying a home is the most stressful thing you’ll do, it was so easy.
I’ll definitely use them again, Aine fact I’ve already recommended them to some family members who are in the process of looking for solicitors.
Special thank you to Talisa and Rachael, having such a dedicated team overseeing my case really made the whole experience enjoyable.

Fantastic service for nervy first time buyers!
The whole team at Sills & Betteridge were fantastic, start to finish.
Talisa and Rachael always made sure none of our many questions ever felt too small or insignificant.
We’d heard plenty of horror stories from friends and family around conveyancers, but we were pleasantly surprised by Sills & Betteridge. We never had to chase or felt like we were being ignored and always had a response within a reasonable timeframe.
We’d 100% recommend to others and plan on using them when it comes time for our next purchase.

Would recommend them
Recently bought my house from the council and used sills and Betteridge. Everything went smoothly from our side and any questions etc were answered promptly (even if they were out of the office) would definitely recommend them.
