I used Sills and Betteridge when I was hoping to buy a place in Scunthorpe. While the sale fell through, this was not due to their efforts. They have acted professionally, and in a friendly manner throughout, and I will be using them when I finally manage to get a purchase agreed. A big thank you to the staff that have helped me so far.

Thorough and inspired confidence
We recently instructed Ellis Crawford on a purchase of property. We were extremely pleased with her professionalism and the way she put us at ease throughout the process. We were also very impressed with Ellis' colleague Rachael who kept us up to date and went over and above to ensure that we were satisfied with the service we received. I would not use any other firm than Sills & Betteridge for my conveyancing in the future.

Great Communication

Great service throughout a tricky purchase
Both Rachael and Ellis have been great throughout the whole process of purchasing our new property. Initial paperwork was sent very quickly and our file was reviewed and recommendations sent also very quickly. Our sellers appeared to be very tricky throughout the whole process creating large delays. Ellis and Rachael consistently chased our sellers solicitors to keep the process moving. They were also only at the end of the phone when anything needed answering urgently. This has been the best conveyancing service I have received over the years. Would recommend to anyone.
