Review for Helen Sawyer, Sills & Betteridge LLP

I cannot thank Helen Sawyer enough for the exceptional support she provided throughout my medical negligence claim. From the very beginning, Helen showed outstanding professionalism and empathy. She kept me informed at every stage, always communicating clearly and promptly, and was consistently available to answer my questions without delay. But what stood out most was Helen’s ability to truly listen and understand not only the facts of my situation but also the emotions behind it. She approached everything with genuine compassion and integrity, while maintaining realistic expectations and a calm confidence that put me at ease. Thanks to Helen’s expertise, we achieved a positive outcome and, more importantly, uncovered answers that I would never have found without her. She has brought me peace of mind and a sense of closure to what was a deeply painful and uncertain period in my life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Helen and Sills & Betteridge LLP to anyone seeking support with a medical negligence claim. Helen is not only an outstanding solicitor but also a deeply caring and understanding person - a rare combination that made all the difference for me.
