Nicola was friendly, and immediately put my mind at ease, that I was in good hands and had chosen the correct solicitors. With the death of my Mother, lets say my emotions were at a heightened state, so her patience whilst I flustered through providing the financial information cannot be underestimated. Her ability to be able to talk to me sympathetically, whilst at the same time explaining the very complicated process of death duties, and talk in words I understand is an ability Nicola should teach. After my initial meeting, the information of the ongoing process was communicated promptly and efficiently. I never once had to contact Sills & Betteridge to chase up information. I can only say that I have dealt with other solicitors through my life and for once it has been a positive experience. But after meeting Nicola, I knew that would be the case. Thanks Nicola

Dealt with my mums estate and then conveyance of involved property; very understanding and straightforward - I am estranged from an individual who was a part of the process which made for complex circumstances but all involved were very good. Nichola and Lorraine were who I mainly dealt with - couldn’t fault them.
