I cannot recommend Sills & Betteridge more. I used this team as conveyancers for buying a house, and they were fantastic. As a first time buyer, the whole process was new to me, and definitely could have been overwhelming without the support of the S&B team, and Amy in particular, who was there every step of the way to explain every little detail. For every communication sent to me there was a broken down and well explained letter explaining what was happening, and what I needed to do. Any questions I had were answered well, and all calls or emails were answered within 24 hours - Amy even answered on weekends and during evenings. When I finally signed my contracts, the team were so helpful and enthusiastic, and were also quick to let me know that they would still be there to help me after I had moved in. Thank you everyone at Sills and Betteridge. Given the horror stories I've heard about other conveyancing groups, I couldn't believe how amazing this team were - if you're looking for a conveyancing team to help you and make your move painless; this is the place to go.

We have just completed on our house sale and purchase. Our transaction was very long and complicated but it was handled very well by Jade, Amy and Phoebe.
