Unfortunately, we felt we received very little value for the money spent. I put considerable time into setting out our case clearly and factually, point by point, in an effort to save time and costs and to ensure accuracy. However, this work was changed and errors were introduced. Correcting these issues became an ongoing and frustrating process, as we repeatedly had to ensure the facts were accurate. We did question the billing and received a small discount, but overall we were unhappy with the cost compared to what was ultimately produced, and I genuinely feel the outcome would have been the same had I responded myself.
Thank you for your further feedback. As you have indicated, we did consider your complaints and agreed a small discount was appropriate having reviewed your concerns. We take all expressions of dissatisfaction seriously and we are sorry that you remain nonetheless unhappy with the service provided.
Whilst I found them knowledgeable enough, they have double billed quite often. Including billing me for chasing them (which was credited when challenged), I also had to frequently chase several times to simply get a reply
