Emelia was brilliant, without her support, determination, professionalism and expertise our house sale would have taken far longer. She pushed on despite difficulties with our buyers holding up the sale by bringing other house sells into our sale, that weren't there on the acceptance of their offer. As we were powers of attorney for this sale, Emelia understood the process and the need for the sale to happen asap. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use Emelia again.

I recently worked with Matthew Bell on a Promotion Agreement in South Bucks after he was recommended to me through industry contacts. I would say Matthew has been the best solicitor I have worked with in my experience at SMEs and very good value compared to tier 1 city firms I'm used to from the plc world. Matthew took the lead on drafting the agreement and his advice was extremely commercial and efficient throughout. He was a good advocate when dealing with the other side’s solicitors, had an excellent grasp of all relevant legal principles as well as their practical impacts and was always focused on the really key points. Obviously, you don’t get the overnight turnaround times on drafting you will get from a city firm but his review of the other side’s comments was always done in very good time. Needless to say, with Matthew’s help we managed to enter an agreement that both sides were happy with! I would definitely recommend Matthew and hope to work with him again in the near future.

Jennifer and the team at the Wokingham branch including Kinga aswell as Naomi from the Reading have been absolutely phenomenal with our sale and purchase! I can't thank them enough for getting this across the line. Our buyers solicitors were horrendous causing the process to be 7 months long, but Jennifer was so good at providing updates and really helping get things across the line. If I ever buy or sell again I will be using them and if anyone I know needs solicitors, they will be the first I reccomend.

I was recommended Clifton Ingram by some colleagues so decided to contact them to review a settlement agreement. I was extremely disappointed in the service received. I found the service to be quite unwelcoming and, frankly, rude. At times, I felt dismissed and unsupported, which was disappointing given the sensitive nature of the matter. I had hoped for a more professional and empathetic approach. Given this, I respectfully do not feel confident recommending your services to others.

We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for both a sale and a purchase. Jennifer and Kinga were fab they kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always prompt in coming back to us with any queries we had at any stage. Jennifer was brilliant at keeping all parties kept up to date and was always on top of things chasing the necessary people for what she needed. I dealt with Stephanie Knight from the Farnham office who took on my case at very short notice. it was fair to say that she was up against it deadline wise due to me being in need of a swift turnaround but she delivered the result I needed to with no fuss and no stress.
