Having had a bad experience with hidden charges with another law firm, we switched over to Emma at Elite Law Solicitors roughly 4 weeks into our house purchase. Initial thoughts were that she was very approachable and understanding of our situation and eager to help us. Throughout the coming weeks of service, Emma was very communicative and always available, usually responding to queries within a day or two. She was also very open to changes to. Specifically, we moved mortgage provider following exchange and she accommodated the change, enabling us to get a better rate. I would use Emma and ELS services again.

I have recently bought a property and Elite Law acted as my solicitor firm. Claudia was my solicitor, and I have absolutely zero complaints. Elite Law(Metha) provided a competitive quote for overseeing(completing on) a Bridging Loan against a Commercial Shop and Second Home property on my behalf and managed to complete this within the tight time frames required for this type of re-financing navigating through a number of challenges along the way. I have been very happy with the service provided and the completion date set out early in the process was met perfectly. Professional, trustworthy, proactive and focussed 100% on the clients need. Would happily use Elite again and would highly recommend them to others needing this level of service especially when a Commercial property is involved in the refinancing.

Elite Law solicitors assisted with an auction purchase involving bridging finance with a set deadlime for completion. Extremely poor communication, unnecessary and very costly delays, and a final bill (£4,975) ending up at more than DOUBLE their original quote (£1,900). Five thousand pounds to sell a modest 2-bedroom flat in Glouscestershire. Just about every email I sent was met with an out-of-office automatic reply, and it would take days to get an actual response. They were attentive for the first few weeks after instruction, but within two months I felt like I was constantly chasing them. Kalim Akhtar was polite, but far from responsive and not especially respectful of the time and money being wasted. Yes, there were issues and delays caused by the flat's management company, but I would have expected a large firm with multiple offices to be able to handle what should have been a simple transaction with more efficiency and attention. I truly regret not using a local solicitor and being taken in by Elite's initial quote.

I dealt with Melissa regarding a delectation of trust. She was most knowledgeable and understood our matter perfectly. She made the process straightforward and went above and beyond to assist us with an urgent matter even after the job was done.
I chose this firm due to the postive reviews. I explained my multi part complex situation and Elite Hitchin said they could absolutely help. Then I was passed onto another site. After receiving an estimate, I noticed there was 2 sets of duplicate chargers which I questioned. I was told they were necessary, however other firms confirmed they weren't. After questioning the duplicate charges and signing the acceptance form, I was then quickly dismissed by Elite and was instructed to use another firm entirely. I felt this was extremely unprofessional and I personally wouldn't use Elite for anything complex.
