So much so we completed within 8 weeks of receiving an offer, even exchanging a day early!

Used Blaser Mills to sell our late parents house, a difficult time emotionally but handled with both compassion and professionalism by Rebecca, Tracy and Lyndsay. Would highly recommend. Five stars are not enough!
Blaser Mills and particularly Sara Rendell and Zara Liedl-Carroll were recommended to me by a friend when my mother passed away last year. Having worked with several solicitor's practices over the last few years for various reasons, I can not state clearly enough how good they and their teams have been. We live over 5 hours drive away and could only visit periodically as we cleared the house. They have both been meticulous, knowledgeable and excellent at keeping us informed. Between them they have handled my Mum's Probate and the sale of our family home clearly and with great humanity, making a hard situation so much easier. Thank you.

Throughout the process of my divorce, Sadie and Sarina have been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. at every steps they have guided me with patience, clearly explaining all of the options available and giving me excellent advice as to the best next steps. they are calm, patient, reassuring and knowledgeable and have made me feel so supported at a time when things were extremely challenging. Sadie and Sarina take a logical and methodical approach to their work and explain the legal jargon in a way that makes things seem much less daunting to me. I would choose nobody other than Sadie and Sarina to represent me should i require legal support again in the future.

We have been using Blaser Mills (formerly Chiltern Legal) for a number of years for conveyancing and once again had an excellent experience while selling our house in London.
