Patient, expert guidance through redundancy

I worked with Paula through my redundancy and she was great. It was a steep learning curve for me, never having been in a situation like this, and I appreciated her patience in explaining and guiding me through my case so brilliantly. Stuart also talked me through the settlement at the end, which I was grateful for. Thanks to them, I reached a fair outcome in a difficult situation, and I felt informed and confident throughout. When it comes to needing help from another human being, it is often rare that you meet someone that does so with grace and humility. This was exactly our experience with both Danielle and Tim. We needed help to get finance with a secured finance firm and Geoffrey Leavers did not disappoint us. We now have a Solicitor we can call our very own. Right from the beginning of the process right till the very end Danielle constantly and I mean constantly provided an update every time she had made contain with the 3rd party and whenever the 3rd party provided a response Danielle provided me with an update that same day. I genuinely hope the very best for both Danielle and Tim in all their future endeavours and I hope to be one of their clients for a very long time. Just by the service received from her and Tim makes me feel there are still good people in the world. Gives me hope in humanity. Thank you ever so much for all you both did in helping us to cross the line. We are eternally grateful!
