Sale of House and land/ house Purchase

Kelly Steedon provided very professional , timely advice and carried out the sale and purchase of two properties early 2026 . Our timescales were short but she enabled us to coordinate both transactions together . Leasehold flat sale

Our flat sale ended up being a lengthy process due to totally unforeseen technical points arising along the way . Klaudia gave us confidence from our initial meeting and this proved to be very well founded as matters progressed. Klaudia's problem solving capabilities , speed and quality of response and advice were very impressive indeed . Klaudia was exceptional and we cannot recommend her and Geoffrey Leaver highly enough .

Shared Ownership Rent Hike Help

Kevin helped me with a baffling spreadsheet sent to me by my shared ownership housing association justifying a proposed adjustment to correct a mistake they had made more than 6 years ago in my rent paid. He was very patient, helpful and unpicked the many errors the housing association has made in the calculation, plus offering me advice on next steps.

Excellent Will Service

My wife and I needed our Wills done. Paige was responsive in communications, explained everything thoroughly and met time commitments. The Wills were exactly as we wanted. Pricing was fair for this service. I would recommend Paige and Geoffrey Leaver again.

Kelly stepped in to manage my case mid-way and moved it along swiftly. She has been understanding and sympathetic; patient (provided lots of explanation of legal terms), very professional in her approach and an excellent researcher (digging into historical records).
