Amazingly helpful

I have never gone through a legal battle before, and have not got the slightest clue on where to start. My husband broke his leg and it was not his fault. I felt angry, annoyed and was searching for help. This company was recommended to me. I called them and spoke to them, they were super friendly and got the process started immediately. We were seen to, and they took all the details. They advised us and answered all our questions clearly. Herma especially made the whole process seem soo smooth and we are now soo happy that it has come to an end and are truly grateful for all her help. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of this service. Once again thank you for helping us with our case.

I recently had to take on a 3rd party to recover costs and some compensation for a non fault injury I suffered whilst at work. I am a sole trader so this had a huge impact on me and my business. I was referred to Kerry Gibbs of Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors by a family friend and I must say the response I got was great. Eager to take on the case, extremely professional throughout and the communication was exceptional. I have never had to deal with a Solicitor before but Kerry made the whole thing very straight forward and simple to do and all in all it was a great success with a good amount of compensation awarded and all costs reimbursed. From the first advice on managing what went from a cynical performance management process to a redundancy one, Paula was able to give clear advice that enabled me to feel more in control of the process, and was essential in ensuring that the settlement agreement was fair, in particular picking up on restrictive clauses and finding a solution balancing gardening leave and pay in lieu of notice.
