I hired the service of Tees to complete the process of selling and purchasing property. Having had to deal with other firms in the past, I am very glad we went for Tees this time. Communication with the team working in our transaction was continuous and clear, both through email or via calls if necessary. In particular, we are very happy with the work done by Jo. Thanks to her perseverance, some very annoying details affecting our sale were unblocked, not to mention her patience to deal with all the parties involved, as well as being able to answer to every question we had in a comprehensive manner; we are certain that thanks to her we were able to move into our new home by the deadline we had in place. Kirsten Vincent completed the conveyancing for both the sale and purchase of my properties. Kirsten was amazing! She is highly efficient, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I simply can't praise Jo, our conveyancer, enough. Throughout a, very long, house purchase she was always contactable and always took the time to explain what was happening. Johanne acted on my behalf for a No Win, No Fee claim for the permanent Injury I have resulting from a routine hip operation. Lisa Honey is my 3rd solicitor from Tees dealing with my divorce and sorting out overseas pension. It’s over 8 years since this started and I can honestly say Lisa has done more in the past few months than the others did put together. When I met her recently she was friendly and understanding of the situation as I was getting to the stage of was this really going to end . I instructed Tees after a traumatic experience due to medical negligence. From start to finish the level of care, empathy and understanding was next to non. Kaya Gillard and the team kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained everything to me fully and would take care to explain further if I did not understand.
