Amazing experience as a first time buyer!
As a first time buyer we could not have had a better experience. We'd heard stories from friends and family how solicitors are slow to reply, they drag out the process and generally make things take much longer than they should. Our experience was the complete opposite, we were able from viewing to completetion get this done in 7 weeks. I can’t recommend Steph Brayshay at SAS Daniels LLP enough. She was everything you’d hope for in a solicitor, responsive, incredibly efficient, and so patient in explaining anything I didn’t understand or was worried about. I’d spoken to a couple of solicitors before finding her, and had already experienced the typical delays and poor communication people often warn about when buying a property. But with Steph, it was the complete opposite, she was always one step ahead, kept me informed at every stage, and made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. A big thank you as well to Lizzy Crowther, her assistant, who had the same quality of service, lovely to deal with and always quick to help and keep me informed. I’d absolutely go back to SAS Daniels & Steph again for any future purchase, working with them was genuinely a pleasure.
