Used Ison Harrison for my house sale and purchase and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more or a better service from start to finish. The whole process was so much simpler and easier than I’ve been used to with other companies. After initial form completion everything was just so autonomous, all being worked on in the background with no input needed from me, which went a long way to making this a stress free move. However I was still given regular updates, so I knew where we were in the process and what was left to do. If I did need to contact for any reason everything was always responded to very promptly and if anything did need my input, or anything I needed to sign, it was sent promptly with good descriptions of what the document was, what needing completing and why. As well as this everything was done quickly but to a high standard meaning we were always ready at each key stage of the move and any delays or pain points I had with the move all came from external parties & solicitors, which even these the team couldn’t have done more to chase and get things shored up with said parties. Want to say a big thank you to Abbigail Naylor, Nicola Todd, Abigail Hall, Rebecca Kieran, Ellena Bedford and the rest of the team, and I would absolutely recommend using Ison Harrison to anyone looking for a new build move solicitor.
