We had a fantastic experience working with Rachel Kilcran at EMG Solicitors during the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers, the process felt quite daunting at times, but she made the whole experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. She was incredibly professional, approachable, and always responded to our questions promptly, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the process. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt that we were kept informed and supported every step of the way. We’re extremely grateful for all her hard work in helping us get the keys to our first home. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a solicitor, especially first time buyers!

Thanks for the great review Jasmine!
We have recently purchased our first home and we just wanted to say a massive thankyou for all of the help from EMG solicitors. We wanted to give a massive shout out to Dannielle Wilkinson, without her help we would have had a home and moved into it so quickly. She helped in so many ways especially as we are first time buyers and had a no idea🫣 she give us peace of mind the whole way through and acted accordingly. We would highly recommend Thankyou so much ❤️
Thanks for the great review Bethany!
My solicitor at EMG is Ashley. Everything went smoothly. I was appreciative of being kept up to date with progress and completion of my transfer. If you’re looking for a solicitor I’d say look no more. Ashley is the one.
Thanks for the great review!
I would highly recommend EMG Solicitors. They supported me throughout the sale of my mother’s house and made the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. I mainly dealt with Carrie-Anne, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, approachable and kept me well informed throughout. She responded promptly to any questions and was always helpful and reassuring. Thank you to Carrie-Anne and the team at EMG Solicitors for providing such an excellent service.
Thanks for the lovely review Karen!
I was recommended EMG by my mortgage broker, Ashley, Janet and the team were fantastic. Explained everything very clearly throughout the whole process and their communication was excellent throughout. I had to pull out of a purchase due to cladding issues and I feel their advice could of helped me potentially save thousands of pounds in the future. The purchase that has just completed went a lot smoother thankfully and all the credit goes to Ashley and Janet and the rest of the team. I would recommend EMG to anyone to needs a solicitor for a house purchase. Thank you very much Ashley and Janet for all their hard work and patience getting my purchase over the line for me. I will 100% be using EMG for any future conveyancing I cant recommend them enough.
Thanks for the lovely review Sam!
EMG were excellent at conveyancing my mother's house in Hexham using my Lasting Power of Attorney. It wasn't a straightforward sale but they were always there quickly with very professional advice and good online systems. Baljinder Gadi and Lisa Smiles in particular were very helpful with calm and sensible advice.
Thanks for the great review Beryl!

We have used EMG Solicitors for a variety of services, including our Wills and Powers of Attorney documents. Our solicitor Samantha Edward was efficient, helpful and informative, and has been a pleasure to deal with. On the basis of our own experience, I would happily recommend EMG Solicitors to others.
