Rachel put us at ease as soon as we met her. We have currently undertaken our wills and both power of attorneys for my wife and myself. We are now investigating the shares in my name as Rachel checked out the shares in my late brothers name and my deceased fathers name..

i was very satisfied by the assistance given by CLAIRE FRENCH my first contact with her was by telphone as i needed to change my original will. is wasn,t a straightforward change as one of beneficiaries was subject to a trust and the other beneficiary of my will was a trustee. she went at lengths to explain the legal position and the alternatives. she then came to my home wih her secretary ( i am disabled) with the draft will and we discussed some changes. she then had to return with the final changes made to the will and for me to sign said will she also explained to me the issues in making a lasting power of attorney. so overall ,she was knowledgable and plesasant throughtout. i would recommend EMG solicitors for the excellent service which they provide

I am 97 years old and am wheelchair dependent. I live 300 metres from the new venue of EMG in Gosforth and as it happened I was about to arrange for Lasting Powers of Attorney for myself and my wife elsewhere. Consequently I telephoned and spoke to Samantha Edwards who, when asked what the charge would be to come to my house to discuss my requirements, immediately answered that if it was physically difficult for me to attend at their office then she would happily come to my home at no extra charge. We spent an hour or more in discussion at the end of which she put forward suggestions which we agreed on and within a few days had produced draft wills and LPAs. Their charges were moderate and on our recommendation one of our sons is now in touch with her to follow our actions. The firm appears to be very efficient and progressive and are not 'clock watchers'.

We recently sold our flat and purchased our new home through EMG Solicitors, and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Communication was always quick, efficient, and professional. Whenever we had pressure from our buyers or needed advice, the team was there to help and keep everything moving forward. A special mention has to go to Joanne, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She always made us feel like we were her top priority and genuinely went above and beyond to support us every step of the way. Chloe was also amazing. She was so friendly, approachable, and efficient in her communication, making it easy to stay informed and reassured throughout the transaction. Overall, the service was 10 out of 10.
