Pepperells Ltd

Joe was given the job of my duty solicitor for what was the worst time of my life. Never been in a police car or a police station or interviewed under caution. I was so worried even though I’d done nothing wrong. Joe was so calm and professional and made sure so was ok and calm. Reassured me and gave me the best advice. After the interview he stayed behind with me and went through things again reassuring me. Letting me know if anything else comes back but he didn’t think it would that I can contact him anytime.. Joe was really thorough and great service would definitely use him again but hoping I don’t need to.

I recently purchased my first home. I had Chloe Knight as my solicitor and she was amazing. Would always respond within a timely manner, was very helpful with any questions I had to ask and made purchasing a home somewhat enjoyable. I couldn't recommend Chloe / Pepperells enough. Thank you Chloe, you was the best.

The experience of family court itself was the worst possible period of my life - however, having Philippa and Nichola on my side provided me with the framework I needed to make it through. I received good care and support, along with sound legal advice and assistance with all legal matters surrounding multiple and lengthy court hearings. The advice included honest conversations about my case - where I was able to ask any questions I had, and shared any worries or concerns. I don't envy anyone finding themselves in a family court situation, but if you do, then you really need a solid team behind you. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend both Philippa and Nicola. I also thank them for the support and compassion they showed me during our time - and of course, the sound legal advice that I received throughout the whole process.

Becky took on our case when other local solicitors shied away. We are most grateful that she did as she has helped us find a way forward when things seemed bleak. She is very professional, friendly and pragmatic. Thank you Becky for sticking with us!

Chloe at Pepperells was wonderful. She provided prompt, concise and helpful communication throughout the process. Unfortunately the buyer’s solicitor was less than efficient but Chloe kept me informed and updated. It was important to me that everything happened swiftly and smoothly and Chloe ensured that was the case. It was greatly appreciated.
