My call was answered by Tom Barry this morning and he was incredibly conscientious and helpful in giving me initial advice towards settling a dispute I have had with the seller of a pony I purchased, which was misrepresented and mis-sold and has put both myself and that is my young child in danger! He kindly gave me advice and signed posting towards free services and also detailed what I can do myself before formally progressing with paying a retainer for legal service services. I really really appreciate appreciated Tom’s support and knowledge and I’m very thankful.

Dispute problems caused by both our buyers and our seller, Rothera Bray kept us fully updated at all times with what was happening. Nikola was very good at explaining any problems that occurred and how they would be resolved. In what became a very stressful process, due to the poor communication from our buyers solicitors, we were total confident that all problems would be resolved. I would recommend Rothera Bray Solicitors without reservation.

Had a difficult dispute resolution which required solicitor assistance, I was advised to contact Rothera Bray and dealt with Grant, however Grant had moved onto pastures new. Jade Belcher took over matters instantly and was very informative and up to speed with the matter providing guidance on what avenues I could potentially take as well as well has make contact with the debtor who eventually accepted liability and managed to obtain a payment plan out of the debtor. I recently enjoyed the benefit of legal representation by Rothera Bray, specifically Millie Moreton. In what was a particularly tricky case with the customer representing himself in a very malicious and contentious manner, the support, guidance and professionalism we received was outstanding. So many times my patience was tested and Millie would listen, advise and get me to see and adopt the best course of action. As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Rothera Bray Solicitors, particularly Joanne Clarke. I appointed them at very short notice after encountering issues with another conveyancing firm, so I was naturally worried about delays. However, Joanne and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process – I was always kept updated, my questions were answered promptly. Despite coming on board late in the transaction, they worked incredibly efficiently and managed to help me complete quickly. What could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier. We used Ed Granger to sort out our late fathers probate and to tie up some very confusing loose ends with our late mothers probate. Ed was absolutely fantastic at every stage. He always explained things in a way we could understand and he always got back to us regarding any queries we had within a few hours. He sent us regular updates so we always knew what was going on. He managed to finalise a really complicated situation with our mothers probate and a Trust which we had been unable to resolve through another legal company. Ed was professional but also very understanding and compassionate which made all the difference through a long and very emotional process.
