    We instructed Banner Jones Solicitors to handle a disputed will. Our solicitor, initially instructed that the executor step down so the dispute could move forward, while communication was good at times, she was often unavailable, and the case went on for a long period without any clear answers or progress. Every piece of evidence possible was provided to fight the case, but the other side dragged the matter on without being properly challenged. The dispute was eventually ended and not long after we ended the dispute our solicitor left the firm. Since the executor has rejoined, it has been discovered that a huge mistake was made in the handling of the case by Banner Jones. This has left us feeling incredibly angry, stressed, and disappointed!! Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm!

      Used Cheryl at Banner Jones, Mansfield to remove ex from mortgage, land registry and deeds. I was so impressed! She dealt with everything in record time with no stress to me. Literally went in to sign paperwork and that was it. It was sorted the same day! Would never go anywhere else. Cannot thank Cheryl enough. Hundred percent recommend.

      Amarie made a very difficult situation far less stressful by clearly explaining what to expect at every stage of the process and providing sound advice throughout. My house purchase would have taken much longer had it not been for Amarie’s proactive approach and commitment to keeping things moving.       Banner jones is easily the best solicitors I have ever worked with. Especially Samuel Robinson, nothing has been too much trouble for him, even when I have rang with a million questions. From putting in the offer on a house to completion was only around 11 weeks and the process was so easy. If we got stuck on anything all we had to do was call and Samuel talked us through it until we understood. He was very respectful and kind that I had no worries telling him if I didn’t understand something, considering I have never done any of this before so was a complete novice, I think he got me through it pretty well !! So if you want a good value, hard working, honest and reliable conveyancing team, I would highly recommend giving Samuel a call. He will go above and beyond for you and get things done as quick as he can for you. Thanks again Samuel and your team it was a pleasure working with you guys.

      Engaged Banner Jones to do a simple deed transfer due to a breakup. Should have taken 6 weeks max. 8 MONTHS later, with lots of chasing and admittance of poor service, it was done. Am still waiting on a review as to why the service was so poor - specifically Josh Butler, and am still waiting for an apology for incompetence, unnecessary stress & anxiety. Have used many times in the past but NEVER again.
