I was looking for advice and strategy help at the beginning of my divorce. Advice given was generic, felt quite out-dated, under prepared for (given 2 phonecalls and an information form being completed) and in reality I took no comfort from this meeting and follow up letter. I found chat gpt to be more helpful and a significantly better resource in many respects. I am certain there was nothing incorrect in their legal description of 'what normally happens in a divorce' and 'how a divorce works and is structured' but this information is freely available online. I was looking for specific help and advice on my personal strategy going forwards. In addition, the process of booking the appointment, going through the admin of the money laundering, multiple phone calls, form filling and paying upfront was cumbersome. I also tried to book directly through the website using one of the solicitors email addresses listed but I was told my email 'got lost in the system', which created an extended delay. Overall, it was a really difficult experience in a really tough time.

Sarah and Daniel were fantastic to work with and they made the process of selling and buying very smooth. We would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Battens Solicitors highly enough, and in particular Brian Levine.
