    Excellent legal guidance and advice to parents of children in pre-proceedings

    As an independent advocate I have supported many parents going through pre-proceedings with their children under a child protection plan. All the solicitors at Battens have been responsive to parents and to me as the parent's advocate. But I would commend Georgina Bacon in particular for her professional compassion, clear advice and her excellent easier to read summaries after meetings or court hearings. And also thinking to include photos of barristers to help us all find that person on an already stressful occasion. I have learned a lot!

      In terms of looks, their offices are high quality, however, in terms of service, they are really poor. The service is as good as the people who are providing it. They require better training. Would not recommend.
