Everything under one roof!

My family have always used Stephen Rimmer over the years and they have always been exceptional in meeting our needs. This time we came to Stephen Rimmer with quite a complex task, my mother wanted to bring a trust to an end that was on the house she owned and then sell the house so my sister and I could have our inheritance now, rather than waiting years because of the trust. Chelsea Hamilton was excellent in dealing with this and explained it clearly what the procedure would be, we then had to tie this in to the house sale where Roy Bridge and his team dealt with the sale, everything went incredibly smoothly, I really don’t think I could trust any other solicitors to do such an outstanding job.

One of the Best

Wasn’t looking forward to making wills ! Not because we are uncomfortable about facing our mortality , but because of bad experiences with solicitors in the past ! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Emily and her team (Phoebe). She helped us with both the sale of our plot and our remortgage, and throughout the whole process she was incredibly helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. There were a few complications along the way, particularly with our previous lender, Vida, but Emily went above and beyond to communicate with everyone involved, deal with the issues and ultimately help us get out of a very difficult situation. Her persistence, attention to detail and willingness to keep pushing things forward made a huge difference. Buying, selling and remortgaging can be stressful, but having someone like Emily on your side makes the whole experience so much easier. We always felt that she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us and that she was willing to put in the extra effort when it was needed. A massive thank you to Emily for all her hard work and for getting everything over the line. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her and would definitely use her again in the future.
