    I found the service to be excellent. I was talked through the whole process in a kindly and supportive manner. Sam understood that I had no experience of these circumstances and never made me feel stupid. My physical therapy was arranged and all I had to do was turn up. I was kept in the loop throughout the claim and Sam exceeded my expectations with the final outcome. Brilliant. 10 starts

    Send letters out to clients with other clients information on it very unprofessional and make up fake claims should not be operational as this is fraud
