    Send letters out to clients with other clients information on it very unprofessional and make up fake claims should not be operational as this is fraud

    That is a very serious allegation you make Lynne. Please can you contact us to discuss this further. We would never engage in fraudulent activity in any situation and certainly do not make up fake claims. We welcome the opportunity to investigate this matter further

    I felt that communication was poor. Found out more information on my case from an other ember of staff and not the person dealing with my claim. Once my claim was settled that’s when you find out they deduct money to cover you’re treatment . If I was aware of that at the start I would have got treatment through my GP. Wouldn’t recommend Waterman’s to anybody.
