    Subject: Highly professional, efficient and supportive – strongly recommended - Watermans Miss Kathy Miller I cannot recommend Kathy Miller enough. As a buyer from Hong Kong, purchasing a property in Scotland was completely new and quite stressful for me, especially when my original solicitor failed to progress the anti-money laundering (AML) checks in a timely manner. Kathy and her team stepped in at a critical moment. They took over my case efficiently and completed the entire AML process independently and successfully. Without their professional handling, my purchase would not have been able to complete on time. What stood out most was the clear and smooth communication. Kathy always replied promptly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand – which gave me great confidence, especially as an overseas buyer. She is extremely efficient, friendly, and truly cares about her clients. She helped me complete the transaction successfully and I am now settling into my new home. For anyone – especially those from Hong Kong – looking for a reliable and approachable solicitor in Scotland, I strongly recommend Kathy Miller. Thank you again, Kathy, for all your help.
